TALLAHASSEE, Florida, Jan. 18, 2000 – Multi-Financial Services Co., Inc. has announced the promotion of Kyle Edwards and Sean Faddon to Operations Officer-Loan Servicing and Operations Officer-Technical Development & Support, respectively.

As Operations Officer-Loan Servicing, Mr. Edwards will be responsible for overseeing the loan servicing department of the company. In his new role, he will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with the company’s clients. His other duties include the input and balancing of new accounts, maintenance of numerous escrow accounts, collection of delinquent accounts, and monthly remittances back to each client.

Sean Faddon, the new Operations Officer-Technical Development & Support will oversee the company’s technical support department. Mr. Faddon will also be responsible for developing upgrades to the company’s The Trakker-Loan Servicing Software. In addition to his software programming duties, he will assist the technical support staff in providing customer service to its software customers.
