Multi-Financial Services Co., Inc. announces the signing of a contract with Habitat for Humanity of Columbus, Ohio to service approximately $10 million in first mortgage affordable housing loans. This marks, Multi-Financial's entry into its tenth state for servicing affordable housing loans across the country mainly for Habitat for Humanity affiliate organizations and governmental entities. With this achievement, the company will be servicing in excess of $80 million.
